Amendments to the Victorian SOP Act came into effect on 15 April 2026 and there are some significant changes that parties and adjudicators are having to navigate.
Rialto Adjudications, RICS and Resolution Institute in conjunction with Contract Administration Group are commencing a series of free, monthly adjudicator CPD sessions focused on those changes, beginning on 27 October 2026 (5:15PM). The sessions will run for 1 hour and will be open to all industry participants. Topics will change monthly.
