Details of the method of costing the adjudication services, billing intervals and arrangements are as follows:

2. There would be no additional fee for usual para-legal services, secretarial services, electronic database creation, imaging, photocopying or facsimile charges. In the event that substantial additional para-legal services, secretarial services, electronic database creation, imaging, photocopying or facsimiles became necessary, additional fees would be charged only with the parties prior agreement.
The adjudicator will advise the capped fee, generally in accordance with the following scale:

| $20,001.00 – $50,000.00 | $3,500.00 plus GST |
| $50,001.00 – $100,000.00 | $5,000.00 plus GST |
If a Payment Schedule provides a negative scheduled amount that the adjudicator is required to deal with in the Determination, that amount may be taken into account in calculating if the Application falls under one of the Lesser Adjudication Claims capped fees.
